What Delivery Includes

Every delivery includes placement and levelling on your prepared site. Before we arrive, please make sure:

• The site is level and clear. We can level minor slope with blocks, but significant grading is your responsibility
• There is a clear path to the site at least two feet wider than the building, with no low branches, fences or soft ground
• Any approvals your city, county or community requires are already taken care of. That side of things is the customer’s responsibility, and we would always suggest checking before you order

Not sure about access? Send us a photo of the spot and we will tell you whether it will work before delivery day.
